🤗 Kindness First – Motherhood is a rollercoaster. Be kind to yourself and to each other. No judgement, just support.

🧸 Little Humans, Little Messes – Kids will be kids! We expect a little chaos, just keep an eye on your little one’s adventures and safety.

🚼 Change Nappies, Not Vibes – If your bub needs a change, no worries! Just use the designated change area so we all stay comfy.

🏡 Help a Mate Out – Mamma Mingle is free, but if you can spare a few minutes to help tidy up at the end, it's like giving your mate a hand after dinner—always appreciated!

💬 Ask Away – Got a question? Need a hug? Unsure where the toilet is? Just ask—someone’s always happy to help.

🎉 Celebrate Every Win – Survived a tough night? Managed to drink a hot coffee? Made a new friend? That’s a win, mama!

Terms of Entry

By attending Mamma Mingle, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all attendees.

1. Respect & Inclusivity

Mamma Mingle is a supportive space for all mothers and caregivers. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behaviour towards attendees, children, or facilitators will not be tolerated.

2. Parental Responsibility

Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times. While we aim to create a relaxed environment, Mamma Mingle is not a childcare service. Please ensure your child’s safety and be mindful of their interactions with others.

3. Health & Wellbeing

If you or your child are unwell (including symptoms such as fever, vomiting, or contagious illnesses), please refrain from attending until you are fully recovered to help protect the health of other attendees and their families.

4. Venue Care & Clean-Up

As Mamma Mingle is a free event, we ask all attendees to respect the venue and assist in tidying up at the end of the session. Just as you would help a friend clear the table after dinner, your support in resetting the space is greatly appreciated.

5. Photography & Privacy

Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a facilitator upon arrival. Respecting each other’s privacy is essential—please seek permission before capturing images of others or their children.

6. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Mamma Mingle and its organisers take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

To maintain a positive experience for all, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in a request to leave the session. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone who does not adhere to these terms.
